More recently experienced in natural resource research program management with significant skills in building and managing teams across disciplines, organizational development, and group facilitation. After 18 years working for the University of Maine leading the Maine Sea Grant College Program and other marine research programs, Paul is taking the helm of the Maine Center for Coastal Fisheries in Stonington, Maine, where he will implement a spatially significant pilot program to explore and implement Ecosystem-based Fisheries Management including the biological and sociological ecosystems.
