Cynthia Zanti Jabs

Cynthia is a practitioner of Asian Healing Arts including Acupuncture and Qi Gong. She works with individuals and groups to enhance the flow of energy and ideas through attention, movement and breathing practices.

She identifies specific physical and mental requirements of various stages in creative development, and healing and design practices to address them. She helped facilitate a Water Diplomacy Roundtable at Tufts University by cultivating fully embodied presence to the process.

She is passionate about meditative movement practices (Qi Gong) that enhance breathing, posture and overall health. Her connection with this work has grown out of a love of being outdoors and playing music, the universal language we each speak in our own way.
